"Purchased mattress sales associate described as "our version of Tempurpedic". Rhonda, the sales rep, was very pleasant. Mattress was delivered just before my wife's hip replacement. It was a while before I actually slept on the mattress during her recuperation. When I finally did sleep on the mattress, it was more like sleeping in the mattress. That mattress did nothing to help me to rest and wake up refreshed. I kept feeling trapped and constantly struggling to escape from a quagmire. Called Rhonda. No refund. Advised to call service. Only thing service could do would to pull me out of the quagmire. I'm stuck being out $1300 for a mattress that I would only give to my worst enemy. Ask all your questions up-front and walk away if your questions aren't answered totally to your satisfaction. Learned my lesson at 76 years old. Wish I could find something positive to say other than "Rhonda was nice.""

"Overall very good experience, would recommend. Good selection of furniture at reasonable prices, sales associates were helpful but not pushy. Was quoted a four week estimate on delivery, but heard nothing until I called to follow up at 5.5 weeks and was told that it had in fact arrived to the warehouse. Maybe it had truly come in that day and was a coincidence that I called first, but I would have appreciated better communication. Delivery to my house was right on time, and the delivery gentlemen were courteous and efficient. The sofa came a bit wet because it was raining quite hard when they were bringing it inside and it wasn’t wrapped in anything, but it dried without issue."
