"MY experience at this daycare was disheartening, primarily due to mistreatment my daughter faced in the infant B classroom. Despite the director and some front office staff being nice, the lack of follow-up on the incident was a letdown. The saving grace was the presence of cameras for parental monitoring, but sadly, the promised curriculum wasn't evident during our time there. We chose this daycare based on great reviews and made a significant effort to bring our child, driving an hour, only to be disappointed by the gap between expectations and reality. Parents should stay vigilant and closely observe teacher interactions with their children."

"When I was searching for the perfect daycare for my 2 year old, I had no question in my mind after I left Ivy Kids. From the moment you walk in, you are greeted by the kindest staff. The entire daycare is so clean and organized looking. There is LEARNING and STRUCTURE in each class. Most importantly, there’s genuine love and smiles all around. My son had never been in daycare before. I was worried and just wanted to make sure he felt as loved as he was at home. He is currently with Ms. Maggie and Ms. Carolina. I can tell you that being away from his grandma took time to adjust. The staff was so kind during his transition. Ms. Maggie’s heart is as big as Texas and Ms. Carolina is an angel. They helped him adjust each day doing the smallest things that had the biggest impact like letting him sit in their lap during circle time, letting him carry a stuffed animal to comfort him, and just giving him extra love and cuddles to let him know he is safe and loved. It’s been three and half months and my little guy now walks in and waves bye to his dad instead of clinging to him so that he wont leave. I can tell you that it’s ALL because of the time, effort, and love put forth by Ms. Maggie and Ms. Carolina. We love them and Ivy Kids so much. ♥️"
