"Customer service here is top notch. I had family come from out of the country and they don’t speak English, but Bradley was very helpful. He could speak Spanish to my relatives and helped them with whatever they needed. My aunt had a tough time finding a smaller size shoe for her when wanting to buy some hey dudes, but Bradley went above and beyond to find the right shoe and size for her. We ended up buying 6 pairs"

"This is horrible. Whatever the black guy's name was, he was SOOO rude. My daughter couldn't find the perfect shoe size and it was obvious that he was getting annoyed. After maybe 25 minutes of trying to find the shoe size, we gave up and left. While we were leaving, the guy asked if we were going to buy the shoe. If something can't fit or if it isn't the thing for you, why would you get it? Of course, a simple no came out of my mouth."
