"Great Clips can be hit or miss with the barber you get, but I appreciate the convenience of scheduling. Being able to put yourself on the waitlist and arrive just in time is fantastic. The staff is always friendly and welcoming, which makes the experience enjoyable overall."

"This place used to be good. My son and I have been going there for a while now but no more. They maintain notes of the hair styles but each time the cuts are different! The level of input I have to provide for my hair (when I'm not even the expert here) and explain to them that I have fine hair. I can still somewhat understand if they have difficulty with my hair style (inverted bob) but my son just needs a regular boys hair cut. Last time the trim around his ears was all wrong and I had to fix myself at home. Not worth it at all so I'm going to look for a new place."

"I checked in on line Christmas Eve Debra V is my name unfortunately, I don’t know the names of my stylist I was seen Before 11 o’clock the first one called me in and I told her I wanted a short bob I have been this location before but never seen these ladies. She proceeded to start with my hair and I have seen stylist on YouTube so I know she was not doing it correctly. Finally I turned around and I said is there any stylist in this shop that knows how to cut a bob?? Another young lady approached me and seen my frustration and took me to her station. She had just got there. She had long hair. She proceeded to cut my hair by this time. I was very frustrated and although she was very nice, I felt bad for my outburst, so I did apologize, but she did not do a good job. My hair basically looked the same as it did when I came in just extremely shorter I just let it go wanted to get out as quickly as I could. I got home and my husband noticed little scars of hair he cut them off , I know I will not be back at this location very dissatisfied. I should have went back immediately but it’s Christmas time season of hope and joy but I feel illness necessary to at least have my opinion heard this was a very bad experience on a special day. Very bad haircut. Zero stars"

"I have been coming to this Great Clips since it opened with varying success with stylists. However Hannah has been cutting my hair for about 2 years now and I have been very happy with her. If she isn't available I will wait a few days until she is there. She cuts very well and I get compliments on my haircut. She has a great personally and I love her smile. If she leaves this location I've asked her to let me know where she goes to cut hair. I've never had a hair stylist that I liked until I met Hannah."
