"Great store for household items and furnishings. I didn't look at the clothes, but my husband bought a couple of T-shirts."

"This place is nice and everything inside is good, but there is a cashier her name Annie and the other one Hanin hopefully I got the names right they don’t know enough about customer service and they need to be better trained about it. You can’t give the same attitude every time you work there."

"Had a lot of great Christmas gifts ideas. They had all the registers open. Which made it nice for shopping. Cashiers, all seem very courteous."

"IT'S UNSAFE TO SHOP AT THIS MARSHALLS. I would like to report today that my wife and 7 yr old kid went to this Marshalls store and got their bags of merchandises (~$200 worth) that they bought from another store stolen from their shopping cart. It was Sunday 12/10/2023 at about 5:30pm. Instead of bringing the paid merchandises into their car they conveniently came to this Marshalls right after they finished shopping at a nearby store. My wife reported this to the Manager to check the camera to see who took it, but the Manager told her that she will report it and the camera will be checked 3 weeks later. My 7 year old kid was disappointed that his Christmas toys were taken. This is very unacceptable on Marshalls part. I thought they have "loss prevention team" to take care of this matter. After my wife made a scene, another customers came and support this complaint as well. Thank you to the good Lord, the thief was still in the store and heard that camera may be used to evaluate, she came and gave the missing merchandise back to my wife claiming that she found the bag on the shelf. My wife saw that person right before the bag was missing but she didn't want to exposed that person. Overall Marshalls need to be responsible for theft. Hopefully they will change there policy. Otherwise I feel very unsafe for my family to shop here."

"The home decor area, have too much stuff is so hard to appreciate what's at the shelves and around. Sometimes the halls are with carts full of merchandise in the way. The worst Marshall-Home Goods I visited. Update: Usually or never, there are shopping carts available. It is hard to see stuff and do more shopping carrying items in your hands. The restroom is a mess. No WI-FI either and wireless service is hard to get inside the store. Manager chit chatting with co worker. Sadly is the one close to home."
