"Was in this store on March 2023, it was early, maybe 15 minutes after opening. I walked in and am elderly white female was up front to my left. There was no greeting or anything. I was okay with that because everybody is different when it comes to retail. I'm looking at all the shirts and a white lady walked in and the employee said good morning can I help you with something, the lady had a question and walker out. I put all 20 t shirt back and walked out. If you don't like everyone, you shouldn't do retail. Prejudice at its finest. We still have ignorant people."

"The girl that works there is very rude and acted like I was stupid for asking if the fitting rooms were unavailable (my mom had a separate, negative, interaction with her as well).... Not sure how anyone can try on clothes in there. (Photos are of fitting room)"

"It’s much easier for everyone if there’s clear signage. My clearance item rang up for 60% off although there were multiple 80% off signs where I was shopping. And the cashier would not provide a price adjustment after I pointed out all the signs. When I went to the store the next day, the signage was still up."
