"Learning Express has helped me achieve “favorite aunt” status numerous times! The staff has helped me pick gifts for my young nieces and nephew and have been right on the mark. My children are older, so I’m totally out of the “toy loop”. The staff is always helpful and courteous and I love that I can get a mom and child perspective since they have moms and kids from the community working. And I love how the teen employees get a chance to learn real working experience. Highly recommend, always something new and unique in the store."

"Like the store but disappointed. I like the feeling of this store vs. big-box store. However, yesterday I was just told of the new policy regarding the VIP cards and how we have to use them before June 1st or you only get $25 value from them. Good thing I happened to go yesterday to find this out. My average right now is over $100. What if I didn't go to the store to find this out? Did you send notification to all VIP card holders to let them know? You should honor the VIP card as is. You put it out. If people have a higher average it is because they have been faithful and should be rewarded/appreciated for that."

"Ive been here three times, most things here are over priced toys, I tried to buy something my daughter could learn from, more than a typical coloring book. I paid 80 dollars for a plastic molded puppet toy, a squeeze ball that simulates the sound of snow, and a “stem experiment kit for ages 8 and up - Candy Claw Machine” the “Candy Claw Machine” was 40 dollars alone. Personally it’s a ten dollar item that requires adults. It was first stem you to maybe there’s a huge learning curve there for my daughter but non the less I had to help assemble it. It was great spending time with my daughter, but saddening to see she was more interested in waiting with a seemingly blank stare as she had given up after the spring-loaded locking door assembly for the prizes. Over all fun for me but functionality is one star. Plus the store associates were harassing as we were taking our time trying to make a purchase and decide what we wanted they kept asking if we needed help, I know they heard me specifically tell my daughter no toys something to learn with in stead we felt like we were ran off."

"I love this store and the staff. They go above and beyond to make their customers happy. I recently went in to purchase squishmallows for my kids Easter baskets. The owner and staff were friendly and so helpful. I was glad they placed a limit on the number we could purchase because it ensures everyone can buy them and not just collectors. I highly recommend this store!"
