"Love coming here to get my services done. The medical grade facials are amazing with Ashley. My skin looks so nice and glowy once done and for quite the while. She makes sure to get every extraction good and leaves pores nice and small. I also do my botox and I love how they tell you what you need versus upselling you on getting even more than what you need. Helps you to get more of the natural vs fake look. Laser machine here is phenomenal! Got my under arms done and hair has not come back. They have so many services to choose from and you get the results you want. Staff is very friendly and place is nice and clean."

"I am disgusted by the lack of customer service and contemptuous attitude of Ashley. I prepaid for a 6-session pack for lasering. Here’s what happened: 1. My first appointment was on a Friday. I showed up and the office was closed. I call and email to discuss with no word back. Then I receive a reschedule request for Monday. I can’t make Monday as I have already taken off work Friday. I am called Monday afternoon and chided for “missing my appointment” when really, it was the other way around. 2. My second session was cancelled one hour before I was set to arrive. I had to make arrangements with my job to be able to come in the next day instead. 3. I arrive for the fourth session and am left waiting for 20 minutes after the set appointment time. I have never waited so long after a set time at a med-spa, and am not happy about it. This is not a medical appointment, Ashley is not a doctor, and she needs to understand that there are 100 med spas in the area which do not keep people waiting like she does. 4. I request a refund since there have been three appointments missed by Ashley, and am flat out denied. It’s a shame for Living Well, because I have disposable income to spend on services, which I will be buying from another place who has their business in order. Good riddance."

"I was introduced to Living Well at the Bridal Extravaganza in Austin. Dr. Mileur and his technician Abby are the nicest people. They answered all of my questions regarding laser hair removal. I love that the treatments are in a doctors office. It’s a safe and clean environment. Abby and Dr. Mileur have even been accommodating of my timeline before my wedding and engagement photos to make sure I had my treatments complete. They ultimately want their clients to be happy with the results. After two sessions I’m seeing a difference and have been telling my friends and family to go see them."
