"The business had what I needed however, the associates were little help if at all,with little to no knowledge about anything going on or even there the best answer I could get from them was a a I think over there"
"Different areas were very disorganized and/or not stocked properly. Service wasn't good at all. I reached out to one person asking about prices and a product I saw online and in summary the answer was "I'm not sure, I don't know". Then, after purchasing the online item I went for pick it up. They couldn't find it in the massive disaster they have in the "front desk and pick up area". The first person I talked to moved some bags around and said "I don't see it, not here". Second person kindly helped, and with my clues of the item found my bag. Very disappointed of the service. Other than this, if you haven't been into this chain I recommend you to do it. They have a lot of fun stuff and candies (they sell clothing, make up, care products, tech, toys, decoration, etc) for everyone and at a very affordable prices."
"They have all of your fur babys needs. Harnesses, dog treats, leashes and beds. There are even puffy jackets and Halloween outfits!"
"Great store. Many items to chose from, something for everyone. Upon entering the store, the staff greeted me, and offered assistance if needed. The check out process was simple. There are a few items that are above the standard fivebelow price, and they are clearly marked to avoid confusion."
