Reviews of Walmart Supercenter
"Last minute shopping, again...nice, smooth visit... helped some ladies look for curling hair solution. The checkout was good and ladies attentive for bags and/or a transaction mess up. Good visit."
"No one to help you in this store. The restrooms are dirty. Just no to help u anywhere and when I found someone they didn't know anything about what I was needing help with and said this is not my d3partmenr let me see if anyone else can help. Never came back and I waited around and no one came to help and I walked around looking for someone."
"The cashier (I believe her name is Marney) who helped me was super nice and helpful, but the manager on the floor was very rude (didn’t catch her name but she was a woman with brown hair). As I was checking out she was berating the employees about loss prevention, which I understand but there is no need to be rude to your employees! Really sad for the people that work here that have to deal with that :/"
"This store is always closing the money services area down. The red headed manager lady is not fit to run the front half of that store. She won't help her employees out and she has no problem with turning customers away so she doesn't have to help on the service counter in order to keep money services open. I told her I would call corporate and she said go ahead and call them. The tells me God bless you. It's always getting closed down by her between 12noon and 3pm whenever she's there. So I don't know what's going on with scheduling but someone needs to access the problem better. It doesn't stop there either. Went to buy a phone charger. So they are all locked up. Don't even think of asking someone to get one for you at 10pm or after. The lady said she takes the key up front at 10pm and she goes on break. Says she doesn't get those items for customers after that neither would she find anyone to get it for me. Wal-Mart seems to have no customer service. Well this one anyway."
"Don't ever order delivery for a "heavy item" when you literally saw the item earlier that day because they'll just mark it as unavailable and delay your order by shipping it to you, to make it easier on them. And don't call them about it either because they'll just hang up on you before you even get to talk to them, ha. I needed that bed frame tonight because I have a back injury, jerks. Pretty sad how I, a short, thin woman, could've put that box in my sedan and carried it to my home without complaints... had I not been affected by a chronic injury from a major car accident. Sounds like someone needs to hit the weights. It's sad how 5 customer service agents looked at this and, too, couldn't believe how ridiculous this situation turned out to be. My abled-body self would've laughed at whoever was responsible for this, but I'm not. "Eh, it'll be fine if we just ship it"—except it's not fine. I have to sleep with my mattress on the floor that only worsens my back pain because today's world coddles to those who whine. You literally signed up for this. I didn't sign up to nearly die and live a life that gives me no choice but to make online orders for just the slightest bit of comfort. If I had the same attitude in MY field of work... someone would be dead. Shame on you."
