"Several months ago I went to this location for a new battery and the staff members would not install it for me. I had my small child with me and a dead car in the parking lot. The staff member said they couldn’t install the battery because it would “take too much time” for my make/model. Told me to go to Walmart or discount tire to get it installed. Neither of which would, so I YouTubed the solution then had to take the dead battery back to get a recycle refund. So, heads up if you have a Buick they will not install a new battery even if there is nobody in the store and you are stranded with a small child."
