"Costumer service is very poor. I think they are more interested in the volume of people they want to have. The time to schedule or reschedule an appointment is very limited. If for some reason you are late 5 minutes and you have a treatment for several areas of your body, they will not treat one of your areas cause they don't take a break between one costumer and another. Expect a quick treatment and without much care if it is giving results or not."

"Amazing!!! I’ve never really been open to using laser but the techs made me feel so comfortable and informed. They’re willing to sit there and walk me through the process answering any questions. Customer service is really great, getting back to me within the week and open to answering/helping with any concerns or problems. Everyone is super nice and I never felt scared or worried they would mess up. The techs here are super talented and would recommend to anyone.
