"I was so excited about my appointment after reading some of the reviews and timing was perfect. I went for a brow shaping, wax, and tint. When I walked out I cried. I feel that my eyebrows did not get shaped or waxed. She just went around them, they are still thick and one has an arch and the other is straight across. She did not clean up very well or shape. I was expecting nice pretty even, shaped brows, but instead I’m crying and so disappointed."
