"Front desk staff was nice and welcoming. However, it seems like the esthetician Fairy could have done a better job in terms of introducing herself and being friendly and professional. I’ve been to many medical spas and this has to be the most unwelcoming experience I’ve had. I had microneedling with BioRePeel and the esthetician went over active acne despite me informing the office beforehand. Ideally, they should have avoided those areas. Additionally, the procedure was painful and felt very rushed and rough. I felt like they should’ve given more time for the numbing cream to take full effect. I have received the BioRePeel before which should be applied in droplets throughout your face to ensure even distribution of product. However, the esthetician just rubbed it everywhere without applying it properly. (I will provide an update on my results in 7-10 days) Update: Due to the aggressiveness of the esthetician there are scratches where the microneedle was dragged on my skin. This is not a normal reaction. I’ve had microneedling in the past and have NEVER reacted this way. Overall, the facility had great ambiance on the inside. They have you go into a back room to take pictures, wash your face and apply numbing cream yourself. If this is your first time here, they will have you speak to a doctor to delegate services."
