"Please do NOT buy any product from floor and decor. This company sold product different from the sample that I bought. Meaning cheap material than what was promised. They show you one sample but give you different product. When it comes to warranty or addressing concerns they will find installers fault to deny claim. I escalated to customer service and customer service is pathetic. Try to avoid floor and decide. There are many other good stores/company for flooring products in Austin area. I believe they sell end of the roll product. There is no option for 0 star , otherwise I would give 0 start to floor and decor. Update: I reached out to customer service after posting review again here, but nothing happened. They do not want to own the issue and very bad experience with this company. Please stay away from this company. Update2: I reached out to local store managers, and they are not helpful either. Customer service is horrible. In Austin area, there are many many good options for flooring. If you care about investment and health, please avoid Floor and Decor and their products. You will save time, money and your health. Update(02/17/24)- reached out to store manager William multiple times and another guy name Jonathan. Did not care to return phone call. Reached out to claim agent, did not resolve the issue. Every time You go to store for any issue, different manager will come but never addressed my concern. Pathetic management, pathetic customer service and inferior products. Please avoid this store at any cost."

"Braker Lane location is great although it's not the biggest store in town but they have a ton more affordable options besides home Depot or Lowe's. There are always employees to ask for help and they have displays for inspiration."
