"I've had several haircut beard trim appointments here at this point, and Sofia has knocked it out of the park every time. I have a medium length beard and she carefully scissor cuts it each time. She also uses a beard straightener, which makes such a difference that I bought one immediately after my first appointment and use it everyday. The haircuts have been really great too. She's worked with me on crafting the style I want, including when I decided to upend what I was doing and go in a completely different direction. Her suggestions throughout the process have yielded further refinements to my style. I really like that her appointment lengths are longer than what I've come to expect from the chain barbershops scattered around Austin. She has time to be a perfectionist. I've never felt like she was rushed or trying to get me out of the chair as quickly as possible. It really shows when you look at yourself in the mirror afterwards. In addition to all of that, she's incredibly friendly too! It's very easy to make conversation with her, which makes for a pleasant appointment that you look forward to each time.
