"I went in looking for .5 fade. The barber was very friendly. Though I left rather confused by my haircut but wanted to give the benefit of the doubt. I went home noticing the fade was a 1, and the back of my hair was a 1.5. I didn't realize till I got home that my back neck hair wasn't even shaven. Something that is a staple when barbers cut anyone's hair. Even though I knew something wasn't right, I shouldn't have to worry about it coming from Birds barbershop. I've been to another location awhile ago that did my hair very well. I just expect good quality haircuts that are $35. I don't want to rate a brand badly, because of one barber, because I know Birds is good. I just won't be going back to this location."
