"Was going to a semi-formal so i decided to get "cleaned up." Within 5 minutes of getting a haircut the lady pulls out the shaver and went nuts (I showed her a picture of myself for reference). The lady gave me the most disgraceful haircut I have ever had in my life. I had people calling me "Edgar" for weeks after. I was too scared to leave my house and a hat didn't even hide the pain. I will NEVER go back and will NEVER recommend this location to anyone I ever speak to. If you want to look terrible, come get your haircut here where nobody cares about their work."

"I normally go to great clips when I’m in Lubbock because I only have a hair stylist at home… but my boyfriend loves going here and having Shay do his hair, since she’s the only one who does it right! He mentioned that we were going there after go get mine done and offered to give me a quick trim since that’s all I needed! All the hair stylist seems nice here and Shay does an awesome job!"

"It's a chain hair salon, and they're good at being one. Have novelties like shoulder massager, hair shampooing station, warm face towels. Presently one of their staff went to some good extent to give me the haircut I wanted. Nice place but a little bit expensive. Probably it goes in maintaining the establishment."
