"Very poor customer service Abby store manager is very rude and doesn’t know when to keep her mouth closed Accuse me of lying about a purchase told me it wasn’t in her system. When a showed her my email receipt she quickly tried to walk her words back she said she was very angry because she said corporate did want to hire any employees and thought to myself who in their right mind would want to work with you. As I paid my part she was still rude and so mad about having to work and that her boyfriend was with his girlfriend at her apartment and she was at work I thought again not my Business as I paid I asked for a email receipt she said they didn’t do that at her store. I kindly as for a refund and that when she started talking loudly about me wanting an email receipt I took my money she was still talking her mouth as I was walking out I think Corporate should better vett employees for their service"

"The two kids working today, Friday, Jan. 18th. both seemed bothered that a customer came in, Both wanted to be anywhere but at work. Young lady didn't know where they kept the hubcaps. Disagreed with me on what was in the box of brake pads that I'd bought the previous day. I tried, unsuccessfully to tell her there were only rear pads in the box. She was telling me there should have been front AND rear. "Then why did they give me a different box with the fronts in it"? Rude and condescending. I've been buying from here for years, but there's an O'Reilly's a block away."
"There is a young boy that works at this location and does not have no clue about vehicles. He is just collecting a check, but thank goodness there was a man that knew exactly what I needed after coming back 3 times. I’m hoping to not return to this AutoZone for anything."
