"Went here this morning to have the battery for my car charged and tested. After one hour of them having it on the charger, they told us the battery was no good. Not being able to purchase a new one, we took it back and hooked it back up to my car. I then jumpstarted my car with a pickup and drove the car around for about 10 minutes, parked it, turned it off and then checked to see if it would start on its own. To our surprise, it did! To test things further, we waited 30 more minutes and the car started again with no jumpstart!! Do NOT go here to have your battery charged. They will lie to you and tell you your battery is no good just to get you to purchase a new one!"

"Seriously the best parts store in Lubbock, and the best one I've been to in any city or state from coast to coast. I'm in here 3 or 4 times a week, so they all know me by name. Amelia is incredible, knowledgeable, and always goes above and beyond. I miss Pablo already, as he too was always going the extra mile and made me feel like I was part of the family. I will continue coming to this AutoZone every chance that I get, even when I pass by other locations on the way here. Some days I even make excuses to buy something I really don't need, just so I can stop by to say hi!"
