"Funny that one person complained that Autozone didn't change their battery. I went to pick up parts and was left standing at the counter for about 10 minutes because one of their associates was outside helping a guy change his battery. I know some people need assistance doing that but they are a parts store not a repair shop. Some manufactures make replacing their car's battery a really tricky situation; sadly. But that isn't Autozone's fault. I left for two other stores to get my parts; not really happy about it."
"Will never go there again they say they will change your battery they won't. Now I'm broke down outside their store cause u didn't have the right tools to change it myself sense they refuse to do it. It's okay though called walmart they said they'd do it and it was over 60 dollars cheaper. So thank you autozone for the false advertising, hope you go out of business for your lazy employees"
