"I’ve visited this place many times and would recommend. I normally get acrylic nails and they can last up to two months on me. I’m normally able to keep my nails perfectly maintained until a new set but this time I tried the gel-x. I’ve gotten it before from a private nail tech and my nails always lasted with her but she moved so I started going here. I like how thin gel-x is compared to the bulkier acrylic nails but they don’t do them as well as my old lady. Always had great service for the most part. The work depends on the person you get but it’s always at least decent. But I got these done 2 days ago. I haven’t hit my hands or anything but suddenly I look at my hand and a nail is gone. Then another. On top of a couple other nails lifting. I need my nails to look consistently good so I’m gluing these back on until next month. They need to improve their work with gel-x but I’ve never had a problem with there acrylic work. There always on time and nice so again I recommend this establishment. Even if they do mess up they will offer to fix it so really no complaints."
"I've been living in Austin 2 years and never new this place existed. It's in the cuts, so you'd have to be looking for it. My daughter scheduled a last-minute appointment and got a french manicure and pedicure. Tracy was a doll. I believe she's one of the owners and also the creator of the festive Christmas tree and business decor. Pros: Accommodating Customer Service Cleanliness Patient (Didn't feel rushed) Cons: Not easily visible"
"This place had terrible service. Their work is good but the service is terrible. I ordered a drink, and it took almost an hour for me to get my drink first of all. I didn’t get my nails done by the worker “Ray” whoever was doing my nails, was quiet the whole time, but Ray was the one who was talking to me and asked me if I wanted a drink. Don’t get me wrong the work they did on my nails is really good. They were pretty basic can’t really mess up on a basic color nail set. I got the gel X service Which is very interesting and new to me, and I like it, BUT… I had to shorten them, because there was no in between size I could choose from and now they’re chipping and breaking. In my photo I attached my middle finger on my left hand the corner of my nail is completely broken off. I do suggest giving this place a shot. I don’t expect any good service, but the work they do on nails is good. Just be careful."
"Amazing experience start to finish. Had an appointment at 12 and the technicians were ready to go exactly at 12. I got a gel pedicure and my friend got a pedi and acrylic fill. We were able to sit next to each other and they did her fill and pedicure at the same time. Prices are fair and tons of parking. I would definitely not hesitate to come back. Also the mimosa was fantastic."
"So my roommate and I have been on the hunt for a new nail salon that was closer to home. We figured since this salon was beautiful and the location of it, it would be top notch and we would receive the best service but we were completely wrong. First off, no ac so get ready for loud fans and to sweat a bit. I got laid off earlier this week so she was treating me to a relaxing day to get our nails done so we called ahead to schedule two mani and two pedi’s. Hers was a full set and mine was just a basic manicure. When they started on our pedicure the ladies were obviously talking bad about us because we didn’t want to upgrade. The polish job was sloppy and rushed. Over priced for what they give. The base does not include any kind of scrub or anything. So when I say basic it’s literally bottom of the barrel basic. When we got to the manicure portion they started on my friends nails and said they could do exactly what she wanted. They lied because towards the end she confessed they didn’t have the colors she wanted. I put pictures below what she wanted and what she got. The colors turned brown because they were placed incorrectly and no stones because the lady was rushing. And then onto my basic manicure. They completely forgot about me. As I sat there obviously annoyed for literally almost an hour and half. I ask the guy and he said I never booked one, when obviously I called ahead to book it and he was the person that confirmed what we were getting when we arrive. And then said there was no one to help with my manicure, when tons of nail artist were just walking around and coming over to see what my roommate was getting done to comment on them. So we left, sweating, with a sloppy overpriced pedicure, no manicure for me at all, messed up nails that she paid close to $200 for when the color was so dull and not placed correctly and literally do not look like what she showed them. We will definitely not be coming back and never recommending this place to anyone. Terrible service and terrible nails."
