"I had an appointment for 3pm my family. I arrive on time & a bit before my family so I’m seated first. As usual, I had to get by set soaked off. The nail tech starts, but as soon as my mom & sister walk in she switches to the other seat. Which I was fine if I had to wait a little bit while I soaked off for another tech. I was a little bit annoyed because I did have a 3 o’clock nail appointment with a specific tech. Maybe a glitch in the system… Well, turns out I had to let my nails be soaked 55 minutes. I’ve been to the salon for almost a year, and this has never happened to me.. My fingers began to burn was sitting in acetone for so long. I was almost ready to walk out if my family had not been there. The nail tech I finally got an hour later, did well, but he was obviously rushed so my fingers had polish all over them when I left. Like I said, I’ve been going to this place And usually have a good experience. I am just disappointed that that was my experience yesterday."

I was so stressed because this manicure was for my wedding and I haven’t gotten fake nails in forever, and they helped assuage all my concerns. Ask for Hannah, so the Gel X, and you will be obsessed. "Really great nail salon in the triangle. They were fast, friendly, and the shop is big. I did an acrylic removal with manicure and polish (gel). Total it was about $45- a tad pricey but well worth it. Really love and will definitely come back!!"

"Pedicures are great, my manicures are always a little sloppy or half cured or coming off. My first experience I got dip on my nails and one nail came off right away, two days later. Benefit of the doubt, came back for gel! Again, great pedicure, nice people but manicure is bad. I told them i needed to be done at 1:15, which is what the website said, i would need time wise for a manicure gel and plain pedicure; so maybe the rushing is what did it but I came on time. Maybe the product is old? Just disappointed. Going to go back in about a polish change and come back to update. Want to give a chance to fix."
