"I really didn't like my haircut and it looked nothing like the photos I came in with, she didn't check in with me to see if I was happy with it. The stylist also had cold, judgey vibes (I don't know what it was about me that rubbed her the wrong way) and it was probably the most stilted conversation with a stylist I've ever had. It felt like having my hair cut by one of the mean popular girls -- which would've come out looking like what I asked for. With me as a customer in general I give a lot of leeway for people who aren't doing a great job but are clearly earnestly trying and care about their customers, or I can endure cold or rude service workers if they're true artists at their craft. But unskilled and icy? Nah. It wasn't a complete disaster so it's a 2 star."
