"Haley was very professional, personable, and thorough. I have had lots of visits lately that were less than satisfactory, having to come back the last 3 appointments to have my wax fixed because they had missed so many spots. I felt comfortable enough with Haley to express my frustration, and she made sure to do the job to its entirety. It is very frustrating to pay for a service and not get what you pay for. Each time this happened i considered not going back to EWC but Haley earned my business for the next appointment. Thanks Haley !"

"PARENTS BEWARE!!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! They DO NOT care about their customers AT ALL! PARENTS: YOU will NOT be allowed to join your child in the room due to the company's policy that only one person at a time be allowed in the room. They will not make an exception for you, because they DO NOT CARE AT ALL about your needs or concerns! I've been bringing my daughter here for YEARS, and have always been in the room with her, because that's how she feels most comfortable, and it has NEVER been an issue until today. The manager at the front desk said I could absolutely not go in the room with my daughter, because it's their company policy to have only one person in the room. Seriously?! I told her that my daughter felt more comfortable with me being in the room with her for very personal and serious reasons, but the employee could care less about how I felt and continued to ARGUE relentlessly with me saying she didn't want to risk her job and go against their company policy. Well, I see that this company cares only about their company's needs, and not about their customers needs. My daughter decided she wanted to go ahead with the service, and that was her choice, and I honored my daughter's choice, but I know she would have much rather me be in the room with her and this did cause her stress and anxiety. I am completely livid that this company cares more about their "policies" than the comfort and mental well being of their customers. Needless to say, we will NOT be returning. You've lost a customer today, and many others I am sure of!!!"
