"I moved from Seattle to Dallas, and then to Austin, so you can say I have experienced many hair salons. Mirror Mirror the Grove is by far the best of my many experiences. I am welcomed every time I come in for my appointment with a kind hello, and a feeling I am family. I see Tess, and she is amazing. I came in with brittle damaged hair, and she came up with a plan to bring my hair back to its healthy state. The plan is working, and my hair is growing, and the strength of my hair has improved. Tess is an excellent colorist. Tess created the perfect base color, and highlights that match my hairs original color, but better, and her hair cutting skills are stellar. "My boyfriend saw Brett today and we have nothing but nice things to say about the whole experience. With some pretty terrible haircut experiences in the past at other places, my boyfriend finally left LOVING his hair cut. The salon is gorgeous and everyone was incredibly friendly. Then I saw Brandy for a blow out just for Christmas and I was so in love with the results that I booked about cut and style. I told her to just do whatever and she was so incredibly talented. I am so in love with my hair. She took my dull sad hair and gave life back to me. She brightened my world and completely transformed my confidence. I am so grateful. But even Evan, at check in/out is so sweet and so incredibly helpful as far as giving advise but not in a salesy way-just in a genuine, helpful and kind way. Her customer service was top notch, I’m sad I can’t become a regular. The salon is beautiful and front desk was inviting and knowledgeable. 10/10 recommend as a whole. "Love the new location for Mirror Mirror! Large & airy and has a luxury spa feel to it. Connor always does a great job (with my long, thick natural brown hair) listening to my requests and providing the best service possible. Parking is a breeze now with the lot next door. I plan to get my hair cut more frequently (and not just out of necessity) because I enjoy the experience so much!"
