"Did they really have someone untrained and not knowing how to handle a scissor and trimmer? Posting this review after almost 4 weeks of haircut as there was no single day I havent blamed how terrible this haircut experience was. First and Last time at this place."

"I wish the stylist were honest and told me she couldn’t cut my hair the way I asked. One stylist was and told me they couldn’t do it correctly. The other looked at the reference picture and agreed saying they could. I don’t even have the name of the person who cut my hair because they never told me and barely spoke to me aside of asking if me or my boyfriend would like to buy product? I feel like just shaving my hair off at this point and feel ashamed to even go into public until I somehow fix this mess. I blame myself. When the first person told me they couldn’t do it I should have left. Update- area manager has reached out to me and the solution was going back to have their manager fix the cut. I tried to go to another salon to get it fixed already and there’s nothing I can do with how short and butchered it is short of shaving my head. I really rather not but that looks like the case at this point. If you want short hair save yourself the crying and go far away from here."

"My poor, sweet angel mother came here for a haircut, and they completely butchered her bob. I am a hairstylist, but currently have a broken arm so I couldn’t do it for her. I am appalled at the lack of technical skills and blending in this cut. The layers are blunt and shelfy all the way around and there’s random long hairs hanging down the back that aren’t even connected to the line. She’s too kind to complain, so I am here to warn others NOT to go to this place!"

"Worst haircut of my life. She barely spoke English, but indicated that she understood what I was asking for. Instead, she just buzzed the entire side of my head with no regard to what I requested. Avoid this location. The was for a wedding and now I look like a palm tree."
