"I wish I had good things to say about Lantana Nails since it's in my neighborhood and very conveniently located, but after having three consecutive negative experiences with a lack of customer service and professionalism from the nail technicians, I'm having to give a negative review. I'm not sure if management has changed or what, but the technicians spend more time talking to each other than focusing on the customer and listening to what they want. I have left having two different nail techs cut my nails shorter when I said I didn't want them cut, as well as have them filed in a square shape when I said I wanted round. There just seems to be a negative attitude instead of friendly service for customers. And the nail services aren't inexpensive, so there's no reason to give little to no customer service beyond a basic initial greeting."
