"I will be back here, found my place while in Austin. Mina gave me exactly what I wanted, and it is not the simplest cut to achieve. I had pretty long hair going in, and since having my son I had been wanting to cut my hair. I asked for an asymmetrical bob, and she cut it perfectly. Very pleased. The photo I post doesn't do perfect justice because it is not styled at the moment, but you get the idea."

"I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the recent service I received at your salon. I visited your establishment for a hair touch-up, color, and treatment. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. First and foremost, I had requested that my color treatment be applied thoroughly, but I was shocked to find that there were still visible grey hairs after the service. This was a clear oversight and a failure in delivering the service I had paid for. Furthermore, the hair treatment was nothing short of a disaster. Instead of leaving my hair smooth, the treatment left it in worse condition than before. My hair felt dry and unmanageable, which is not the result I expected from a reputable salon like Lee Salon. The most frustrating part of this experience was the way I was treated when I brought up my concerns with Carole. Instead of addressing the issues and taking responsibility, she seemed to blame my hair and even suggested that it was somehow my fault. This reaction was both unprofessional and disheartening, especially since I have been a loyal customer of Lee Salon and have visited on many occasions in the past, receiving excellent service from other stylists. I must say that this experience has left a sour taste in my mouth, and I am deeply disappointed in the overall service and the way my concerns were handled. I had hoped for a positive experience and left feeling let down and dissatisfied. As a result of this experience, I regret to inform you that I will not be returning to Lee Salon in the future. I believe that it is essential for a salon to provide consistent and high-quality service, and, unfortunately, my recent visit did not meet these expectations. I hope that my feedback serves as an opportunity for improvement, and I encourage you to take the necessary steps to ensure that other customers do not have to go through a similar disappointing experience."

"I went on to try Salon Lee for the first time after over a year of much needed self care and not visited a salon due to the pandemic . I am very happy beyond words of my hair’s transformation . I am never this 100% satisfied at any salon before. Also, make sure to allocate a good chunk of your time if you are doing a balayage like mine. It roughly took 4hrs from start to finish, i do understand Ms. Lee does everything by herself and sometimes she has to juggle two customers at a time. The salon was not crowded when i was there, i was given an eye shield and mask. Highly recommended."
