"My sister and I had a terrible experience. I asked for a full set and a pedicure. I didn’t receive the pedicure package I picked out and she didn’t paint the whole toenail. My full set was worse, she didn’t file the nail after putting the acrylic tip. She dipped each nail 6 times and left my natural nail bed showing so it already looks like the nails have grown out. None of the nails look even and you can see a bump on each one due to her not filing them. Not worth $90. Spend your money somewhere else."

"A guy Did my nails and he cut me on every finger. He made my nails lobsided. And he did not follow the design that I showed him. He was not very gentle. He shaved down my finger not my nail. A woman fixed my nail as best as she could. If you get your nails done do not let a man do it. I don't know his name."

"Bad experience, there were NO clients while I was there at all. They don’t know how to properly do nails, you have to ask to redo - every second. And my fingers have to look like this with some dry flaking after they put something on there? I wondered why they don’t get customers as other places were packed, now I know and I would not come back."

"4/11 I love the experience here! They are super friendly and they appreciate your business. Mimi was very precise with my Mani, making sure my French tip and color choice were to my liking. Business is very clean and all are attentive to your needs. Thank you Mimi and staff, Mama and I will be back! 4/17. I had the honor of taking my Sister in Law to OP1 Nails this morning. We were greeted immediately. Mimi and Henry gave the both of us, an amazing Pedi experience. Henry was very careful with Sunburn from previous day. Mimi and Paul treat you like family. "The man who did my nails was nice and the service was quick. But I do have to say that the color is slightly starting to chip in some places and I just got my nails done about 2 days ago. But there wasn’t anyone in front of me it took them a while to get to me and someone came in after me and got seated before me. But so far I think I would go back. And there prices where about what you would expect. All together it was a pretty decent experience."
