"Let me just say I do not like to complain about services. Usually I just keep quiet and go on. But today was different, and I have never been treated so rudely in my life! I’ve been to this salon three times, and this instance was the worst. I came here last Saturday when my normal salon was getting close to closing time. I asked for French tips, and I absolutely loved them! I had the sweetest lady who did them; she was just wonderful. Unfortunately, my nails started to crack and chip yesterday. Never happened before so not sure what happened. So I came today to ask them to please fix the cracked and broken ones. I fully expected to pay for it, despite their 5 day policy. I had no problem with that. Upon walking in, I was greeted by the rudest man ever. After ridiculing me for “breaking” my nails, he sat me to soak for 30 minutes. Then an equally rude woman named Amy began fixing my nails. When I told her they didn’t match the rest of my nails, she became even more sour and told me “that’s just how [she] does it.” Not to mention she was extremely rough. My nails are terrible, they don’t match and she didn’t even fix the one that broke; so my nails are not the same length. So upsetting after spending a total of $80 on nails that I absolutely detest. But even worse is being treated so rudely. Please don’t come here, there are far better salons who treat you so much nicer. The first picture is what my nails initially looked like; the rest are from today. Terrible."

"I really love this salon. Almost every time I go it's a great experience. Especially with the Covid-19 pandemic they are doing everything to keep people safe. I will say that quality depends on your nail artist. I was say in chair 3 and the nails done by that artist lasted me a month and a half, and then I used a different artist and they only lasted a couple of weeks. The attached photo is that of the nails that lasted month and a half."
