Pricing on the same items was less expensive than both big box stores. (And their 10 day delivery delay) Charlie's was expedient in responding to questions and everything was completed with a phone call and followup texts. We will definitely purchase from them again and recommend them to all."

"We needed a dishwasher. We researched what we thought we wanted, and went shopping. The big box stores had plenty to choose from, but the sales people weren’t very knowledgeable, and there was some uncertainty and confusion about delivery, installation, and hauling away the old., Then we went to Charlie Wilson appliances and TV. Jim Branham was our sales person, and he was AMAZING!! Knowledgeable, patient, and very low pressure. He showed us a less costly alternative to what we had researched, and we couldn’t be happier with the model Jim steered us to. Delivery was quick and efficient, and was all arranged by Jim. We were so impressed that we also got a washer/dryer while we were there. We realize how tempting it might be to simply go to a big box store, but the service, price, and expertise you’ll find at Charlie Wilson’s is WELL WORTH a visit!"

"**Don't buy from here** We bought a laundry center from them. As a matter of course, they gave us a discount because it was a little scuffed up. Unfortunately, we don't know whether it runs well or not, because the installers didn't complete the installation, and we can't use the appliance. The installers said that we had to contact our landlord to finish the installation, which is, frankly, insane. Predictably, our landlord says the installers are wrong and that they are responsible for completing the installation. Charlie Wilson's won't help us and our landlord won't us, so we're left unable to use the laundry center we just bought, and we're forced to go to a laundromat. We can't even put things in our laundry room because the installers left the partially-installed laundry center right in the middle of the room. Don't buy from Charlie Wilson's."
