Furniture Fair

"Big store, lots of options to look at and choose from, but when we found the couch we wanted, (priced at $7500) we were told that was the best price available per management. I asked about 0% and told 12 months was the longest they could go and it’s be another $199 to deliver… They change the names up of the furniture model to make it tough to price shop, but I figured if all out. I found a dealer in Cincinnati OH called Furniture Connection who offered the very same exact couch for $2500 LESS, and 0% for 18 months and FREE delivery. Suddenly Furniture Fair said they’d come down on their price & match it. Furniture Fair tried to tell me that the OH dealer was selling me a used floor model. That wasn’t true. I went with the Ohio dealer anyway because they were honest and transparent from the very start. Furniture Fair almost took me for another $2,700 more than the other store, and lost my trust.oh, and the other place delivered to me, from Ohio!!! So, shop your prices, and know they change the product name to make the task tough."

"Visited the Clarksville, IN store. Clarissa was our customer service rep. We enjoyed our experience. She helped us use a new mattress that examines our sleep positions, which cut our shopping time down tremendously. It's as easy as 5 minutes to find your mattress type, pick a price point, pick a mattress. There were no sales pitches. There were no sales people following you through the store. We opted to look at bedroom suites and they all let us look at our leisure. Highly recommend Furniture Fair. Fast, Friendly service! Can't wait to try my new mattress in 2 days!"

He is very personable, knowledgeable, and kind. He has his customer’s interest at the top! "My husband and I drove from Greenwood to the Clarksville location to look at Temperpedic mattresses. We met with, Furnishing Specialist, Kat and Mattress Specialist, Jake. Usually, we ALWAYS purchase everything from the Ashley Home-store but sadly, their customer service has went downhill immensely over the years. We also were greeted by Trey, a manager that ironically will be the Assistant Manager of the Greenwood Store when they open in March of this year. Kat & Jake will also be relocating to the Greenwood store! We only intended on purchasing a mattress but ended up purchasing the adjustable base, a Bedgear Storm cooling pillow, an Out Cold Dual Climate pillow and of course, the mattress cover. The entire experience was incredible. We started by laying on a "Bed Match" bed which calibrates your body and tells you what mattress is best suited for you! There was never any pushing or upselling. Trey was very informative in telling us more about the opening of the Greenwood location in which we're REALLY excited about after we just finished a full home remodel, we will be looking for two living room outfits soon. Our mattress is due to be delivered in two days and we could not be more excited! Working with Kat, Jake and Trey was a pleasant experience as they were all very knowledgable, patient, friendly and went above and beyond. Thank you on a job well done!! I look forward to seeing each of you at the Greenwood Stores Grand Opening!"
