Any retail organization needs to have people in place to make the sale delivery process work. Very high priority! Was leadership asleep at the wheel? I like my local Best Buy and want them to survive."

"Don't buy anything from Best Buy! I recently bought a dryer from them. It worked for a month. The return window closed and 4 days later it stopped working. Best Buy won't make an exception to the return window so now I have a dryer that's a month old and doesn't work and I'm going to have to deal with getting the manufacturer to send someone out to repair it. Not to mention anytime I try to call the store I'm rerouted to a call center outside of the country. The Best Buy online customer service recommended that I talk with the store manager and ask if they can do something but I can't even get a hold of them. Absolutely ridiculous."

"Delivery driver Junior turned around and left without delivering my $600 TV - we were currently clearing the doorway and he did not even knock or come near us. We thought he was going to unpack the item, we had no idea he was leaving. He saw us standing out there and still left. I tried to call his number multiple times to let him know the doorway was clear while I was watching him back away, and he silenced my calls. I just canceled the order and our family will NEVER choose Best Buy again. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. The sad part is I chose Best Buy because I thought it was top notch service. I then called the main tech support line to see if they could redeliver it today and they said there were not spots open until next week. I asked to speak to the local store and they said the store no longer offers local customer service contact. If you’re shopping here still, trust me, do it in-person."
