"The store has a lot of beautiful furniture options. Rick assisted me and my husband with a bedroom suite purchase. He gave us our space to check things out, look around and shop. When we had questions he was patient, positive and informative."

"Great sales person (can’t remember their name) but delivery experience is AWFUL! Asked to be in the middle of the list got a snarky response of “oh sorry a computer generates the schedule and everyone wants to be first or last” then got a call the delivery had to be moved. Then got a call after I rearranged my schedule again to have it delivered Monday that they actually could deliver it. Kept it scheduled for Monday and the lady I spoke with was super nice and got it arranged to be delivered on Monday after 10 and then got a call again that they don’t know what time it’ll be delivered on Monday but they’ll call 30 minutes before… You would think that after spending thousands of dollars for a couch they would be a little more empathetic about delivering a couch when you work from home and they’ve called to reschedule it twice instead of “oh well we can’t control what happens” so hopefully the couch will be here on monday"

"We came in this evening and Furniture Row was our first stop. We spoke with Josh and he was very nice and helped us find exactly what we wanted, but we wanted to comparison shop. So we went to 3 other stores and nothing came close to what Furniture Row had so we went back. Josh had left for the evening so we worked with Janna and purchased the sectional of our dreams, a rug, a desk and matching bookcase. It was a lovely experience. We will return to Furniture Row again in the future for our next furniture purchase. Your staff is kind and courteous as well as informative and helpful. They answered all our questions and I never felt pressured or rushed. It was the perfect shopping experience!"

"We had a nice experience with Amanda. She initially greeted us but we never felt pressure as we looked around. She would come check on us every now and then. When we had found what we wanted she was available for questions, etc. I enjoyed the no pressure experience. This always ranks high in my book! We are excited to get our new couch in a few weeks!"
