"They are very rude at the Clarksville location. I brought in almost $400 worth of clothes that still had tags cause we had duplicates, and they only wanted to give $20. Also they ripped the bag I had clothes in cause I didn’t know you had to have totes. When I asked if I could have a bag since the one I brought in was ripped and they told me no. It’s raining out. They were mad because I declined their offer, but was rude from the very start! Will not be back to this location! I’ve heard this several times I guess I should have listened!"
