"Good electronics & appliance store that, in general, is fairly deep in terms of selection (as in 4 different over-the-ear headphones, 6 different ear buds, etc). Note that with this being "Best Buy", expect regularly priced items to be priced higher than at, say, a Walmart or at Amazon. Still, if you don't know "where" to begin in figuring out home theater, or laptops, or even car stereo, there will be available Best Buy employees to give you assistance. Perhaps that in-person help accounts for the higher prices. This location, unlike some others in Houston, does not often have music blaring from somewhere so loud that's it's hard to carry on a conversation."

"Purchased a projector online. Nowhere in my purchase did it say 15% restocking fee. Tried it out, but it did not performed as promised and was not satisfied. Returned it the next day and they wanted to charge me $195 re stocking fee. Spoke to manager Greg but he refused. I see why best buy is closing out their stores. Last item I'll ever buy anything there. I knew I should have bought at amazon."

"I’ve always had such good experience at this Best Buy which is in Richmond , grand mission pkwy. All the managers are very helpful and would go above and beyond to help you understand about the product. Mr. Amir is an exceptional manager at that location."

"came to return a camera that didn't have a flash. Although the front desk staff was friendly, the manager (a female with blue/black hair) lack of flexibility made the contact unsatisfying. will never return to this place! Later on, the level of customer service at another location was a sharp difference. My problem was acknowledged by the manager, who graciously arranged a gift card refund. This encounter highlights the value of providing constant, compassionate customer service. Bravo to the employees at the second site for their outstanding customer service!"

"Horrible experience, first I go into the computer aisle the person that was working there just left then the associates will say hello but not ask if you need any help or assistance and finally the manager talks amongst other associates so he is not enforcing the staff to do their job because he's not doing his job. I was expecting more because it is in a high-end area but very lazy Associates here I wouldn't recommend this location. Gulfgate and Southwest locations treated me way better they also don't lie about the products and don't push me off and argue about store policies. There was an associate stated that they do not take phone calls and I know I've called Best Buy within the last month to ask for certain prices deals and to make sure that the item was in stock."
