"If I could, I would give this store a negative 500 honestly. I waited 30 minutes for someone to cut a piece of wood after being told the person who cuts wood is loading something and he’ll come when he can. I then spoke to two other associates and they were extremely rude. She was like “well do you want to get it cut, then you’ll have to wait here”. I asked to speak to a manager, and it took her like 10 mins to get a manager. And I never got to speak to a manager. They just sent the guy to cut the wood. no apologies, no nothing."
"Home Depot is one of the few big box stores where service has actually improved over the past few years. It's far easier to find a sales associate on the floor then Lowe's. If you have a tougher question about something (say which type of wiring to use on a specific project), they'll try to find you an associate who is an expert in the field. I give them a special shout out on Behr paint. Consumer Reports gives it a top rating and I agree. After my house got trashed from burst pipes in the freeze/blackout, I told the contractor I would buy the paint myself. The top of the line Behr truly covers in one coat and will withstand almost anything."
"The Garden Center of this Home Depot was a let down. The customer service was mediocre and the plants were not priced correctly and the pots were mislabeled and caused us to have to put items back. I wouldn't go out of my way to come back. I would not recommend this place to my friends or family."
