"I really like the people at Mars and I trust their advice. They know everything!! I was, however, disappointed when I went to pick up the vacuum I ordered. I mentioned they were supposed to put on the furry bumper guard but was told they were out of them. I reminded the man that I had already paid for the guard and that it should have been set aside for me. He went to the back, found it, and put it on. I got home before I realized the salesman had also promised to change out the stiff beater brush for a more supple one. I called & was told to bring it back in for the replacement. But the store is 20 miles away from me, and I had already been there twice (first to shop for the vacuum then to pick up the vacuum they recommended when it arrived). So I'm living with the rougher brush. I will definitely go back to Mars Discount Vacuum but advise anyone not to assume any special details will automatically get done - you may need to remind them."

"I bought my vacuum from them and it has been a great addition to my house. Wonderful product. Plus, yearly I get a reminder to bring the vacuum in for a yearly check to make sure it is running properly. These guys are fantastic the check everything out, I pay a minimal fee for the check. I leave with peace of mind that my vacuum is running correctly. I highly recommend this place for a good product which will keep your house clean as well as a great team which is there to help you if there is ever the need to fix it!"
