"Worst customer service we have ever had. Thai from ATC was to repair our KitchenAid wall oven purchased from Lowe’s with an Extended Warranty. He recommended that the circuit board could be faulty however we should hire an electrician to come in and verify circuit breakers and power supply. He then lied to myself and my wife that Lowes claim will remain open until the oven is repaired. I had to contact Lowes to reinitiate a new claim and I have been out an oven for 4 weeks. I am also out of pocket for $180 for an electrician service I did not need."

"Had great service from Thai & ATC Appliance. Arrived when he said he would. Diagnosed the issue with my LG washing machine as a faulty door lock mechanism. He had the part on his truck and was able to fix it same day. Total job took only 20 or 30 minutes. He charged me a very fair price. I will call Thai and ATC Appliance next time i have any appliance issues. Thanks again Thai!"

"I had a LG refrigerator quit working. I called someone came out and he can't find the problem then I called LG customer service they gave me ATC Appliance phone number and the owner Thai came out the next day with his ton of knowledge, he found the issue just in a minute with his tool. He ordered the parts and came back within a week and got it fixed. I am very satisfied with this company and highly recommend."

"I brought a small Samsung TV here to be fixed after it was having picture problems within 1 month of purchase. They fixed it for me and it was all covered! I found the service pleasant and Thai was very polite and went out of his way to fit my schedule for pick up of the TV. Only thing they could have done better was communicate. It took 2 weeks (they needed to order a part) and they did not provide an update that it would be 1 week longer than originally expected."

"I would have given a negative star if there was such a rating. ATC was assigned to work on my dishwasher from a Home Warranty company. I called for hours to schedule my appointment and all I got was waiting on hold for 5 minutes at a time only to be transferred (without ever talking to anyone) to an answering machine. So I left multiple messages but I never did get a call back. So the next morning I called a few minutes after they opened to ensure someone would be in the building but again I was transferred to a machine to leave a message. I would like to be able to talk about the service I received but since I never did receive any service from them, I can't. I called my Home Warranty and requested a different company come do the work, they are coming today between 1 and 5. I would never allow a company to work on anything for me if they refuse to answer the phone or even return messages. If you choose to do so, good luck! I also looked them up on the BBB where they managed to get an A rating. However, if you dig in you will see that they have 4 complaints, with 3 Negative Experiences in resolving their complaints and only 1 Positive Experience for actually showing up. I guess if you can get them to answer the phone and show up at your house that they may actually be able to do the work...who knows???"
