"Unbelievable useless warranty service. Replacement washer came in and the installer damaged my island cabinetry and they refused to even acknowledge the damage while the installer was here. The Epic warranty they sell on the appliances are absolutely ridiculous! Do not buy from these guys find another company!"
"The showroom is well stocked, however staffing is limited. We were in the store for approximately 15-20 mins, and nobody assisted us. Two different associates stated they would be with us shortly, but for the amount of customers, they were unable to accommodate. Sales prices were comparable to other stores, so we left without speaking to anyone."
