"One of the Starbucks workers named Carolina has been so rude and unprofessional. Carolina and her Mom ( who works neighbors in the Deli department) both ladies treat you poorly, one over looks your shoulders at check out ( Mom ) making you feel like a “ thief “ and it isn’t even her place to be there .. they both gossip and have poor customer service. I have been a customer of Starbucks and of Krogers for years - apparently if you have an issue with Carolina and let it be known maturely, it seems you cross the mom also and they team up on you making you feel unwelcomed, grow up ladies and do your jobs - we are not in HS anymore and its becoming annoying . Fix your customer service and your attitudes, if I walk in and I am respectful to you all, then return the favor or stay in your own spaces . Amanda Perschke"

"I have been shopping at this location for 19 years and never had a problem. However, this is the third time in a row over the last few weeks that I have either been called or shown up to pick up my clock list order and told that it was not ready. One time, I was told it would not be ready until the next day. If you can't fulfill your orders in a 3 hour time window then you need to remove those time options from the ordering process. Today, I was called again and asked to come an hour after my allotted time window. I decided to call first and was told another 30 minutes. It is now 3 hours past my pick up time. There is a reason people choose this option...for THEIR convenience. Get it together or hire more people. I will not use this location for click list anymore."

"First time at this Kroger in about ten years. It’s a lot nicer than it used to be. Went to the bathroom which was strangely warmer than the rest of the building- not really a quality you look for in bathrooms. The aisles were very straight, and were stocked with food. They had a bunch of non-food items strategically placed to try and distract me but I persevered. Overall a pleasant shopping experience."
