"These guys have the dumbest technicians in the world; we have a minor cooktop issue. This dumb idiot showed up, dismantled the entire cooktop and was unable to put it together said sorry, we will come back tomorrow and left. If he is not competent, why should he touch the stove in the first place. now, we have to spend more money to buy our food until these dumbers come back to figure out how to put it together and fix the actual issue. it's been 4 weeks now since the first tech showed up, and after a long wait, the second dumber showed up and messed my kitchen up...Shame on you, no common sense at all."

"The technician broke our dryer and/or could not put it back together properly. Our dryer was working just fine other than a loud noise and after technician left to try and repair (who said it was fixed) it no lingers turns on at all. We have video and audio evidence from our home camera from the next technician called out to fix the issue stating the previous technician did something he shouldn’t have, broker our dryer, and is going to get fired. Do NOt use sears home services. They care more about their reputation than the clients they are serving."

"The technician thought he knew what was wrong with the ice machine and then proved his theory that some electrical wires were broken. Two previous technicians did not solve the problem...they easter egged a fix by ordering parts. The fix was accomplished by laying on the floor trying to solder too very small wires together.This consumers opinion is that the third try was successful because the tech worked harder than the first two techs who were not willing to do the tough fix. The repair to this machine should not have taken THREE trips. I am not happy that I had to set aside what adds up to three days of waiting time for a tech to arrive between 07-1600 hours! The third try was a charm...lets see how long this fix lasts."
