"We purchase an outdoor kitchen with grill, refrigerator, sink, and bar in 2020. But to this day 2/28/24, we have not been able to use the grill. It was sold to us without coupling connection, nor a regulator. We have made several attempts to get Paradise grill to make this right, they say they'll work on it, but they just ignore us. Like many who give them a 5 star,I too was happy with our purchase. But just wait for the lack of service and subpar quality."
