"My home warranty provider sent Edward to my house to fix my washing machine, he did a great job of fixing the issue but more importantly he was on time and made sure to explain what was wrong with it. He had to order the part and communicate with me when it would be in and when he would be back. The part came in early and he called and rescheduled my appointment for 2 days earlier. He came he was very professional and clean he made sure no nasty water that was in the washing machine escaped. Took him about 30 minutes and he was home great job Edward."
