"I have two iPhone 13 Pro Max devices that needed their back glass replaced. The shop owner informed me that it would take some time and assured me they would notify me when the repairs were complete. However, when I returned to the shop to make the payment and pick up my phones, I discovered that the front screen of one of them was damaged, with a visible crack and a black spot on the screen. It was clear that this damage occurred during the repair process by the shop owner, even though when I initially handed over the phone, the front screen was perfectly fine. The shop owner denied responsibility and claimed he hadn't noticed the damage, which I believe to be a lie. I am deeply frustrated by this situation because honesty and integrity are crucial in business. If businesses operate without trust and honesty, I believe their reputation will suffer. I hope everyone thinks carefully before entrusting their devices to such dishonest repair shops!PLEASE BE HON EST！God is watching you！"
