After a move across the country, we had just purchased a new house and needed a new refrigerator, washer and dryer. This was our first time buying brand new appliances. This store made it possible to get all three at once at a price we could afford. They were very attentive to our wish list and our space issues (we needed a fridge that could fit in a spot too small for many fridge options). I ended up with the fridge I had previously hoped for but wondered if we could find at a price we could afford. I really wanted a side by side door fridge with a beverage center. They had the exact model I was hoping for with the beautiful white doors! Plus we were able to get a great price for matching a washer and dryer that weren't an exact set (they had others that were an exact set, we just didn't care that much about matching perfectly), but the match really actually fits my personality well. (White washing machine with rose gold accent and black dryer with rose gold accent). William and the team there made everything very easy, and it's clear the appliances they sell are worth it! They had minor scratches on them that are barely visible (on the side of the machine, and even the little ones on the dryer door aren't very noticeable unless pointed out). Since we got 3 items at once, we were able to get free delivery and installation including the accessories (I had no idea that stores typically sell the accessories separate). The delivery was running late (to no fault of their own), and William even came in person to apologize and make sure all went well. We have already been recommending them to everyone who we know is looking for new appliances! Katy Discounted Appliances is the way to go!"
