Was a great opportunity to visit Discount Tire for the first time and I was taken care of pretty quickly. "I was about to drive off the lot. When I noticed I was missing lug. Wasn't informed I was missing a lug. So I look a little closer. Looks like they use the wrong size bit with an impact and stripped some. I get that mistakes happen, but not to inform your customer of missing parts is another. After that, they proceeded to try and up sale me on new lugs."
