"Mauricio Carrillo is not a honest person, he's in it for the money and does not care about his customers / clients. I drove from Houston to visit him in Austin AND he sold me a beat up car and said that it was clean with no issues. I also asked him multiple times if there was anything wrong with it and he said no, it's clean and it has low miles. After I paid him, I took it home and took it to state inspection and there was so many issues with the frame, missing head lamp, cracked wiper fluids, lazy paint job, etc. That's just the beginning of the issues that I found. I could not even get the vehicle to pass state inspection to DRIVE home. The overall cost of damages exceed 5k+. Stay away from Mauricio and his business. He's not an honest person."

"Update 2nd visit: VERY VERY EXPENSIVE!!!! Run away! Today I went there because of a problem with the A/C of my car..it was blowing hot air, and more in the driver side, even if everything else was working well, so he(the owner) checked it and he said it's an A/C recharge issue (freon recharge) so he did that and fixed it..and everything was working as it used to. At first he seemed professional and trustworthy...but the thing here is he told me about the price after everything was done! And I think it's VERY expensive ($250) for less than 1 hour job...that included the labor he said(He told me before I went there, that just to check it would cost me $80). I thought the average A/C recharge in Austin is $100 to $180 max!! ($30 to $60 DIY way!)...and depending on the car and year..(Jiffy Lube by the way do the same job for the same car for less than $180 and I called them to verify...!!!) but He said it's usually more than that!! But this is not correct!!! He should discuss the prices and details before doing anything to the car.... He lost a customer anyway...or maybe more! Never going back there again. - 1st visit here for an issue with a tire...a huge metalic piece almost flattened it (I have no idea where this came from!!!)...so I went to this location and it was very quick and professsionally done. The price was good for this work and everything is good to go."
