"I have never purchased a new sink. Apartments and homes came with sinks that were just fine. In our forever-1925 home with a sink that is many many years old and rusting, it was time to venture forth. Wilson Plumbing recommended visiting Josco’s to get started on this adventure. When I walked into the showroom at Josco’s; the lone sales person, Tina, was clearly very busy assisting other customers. I looked around at the numerous products on display and grew uncertain. When Tina smiled offering assistance, I could only say “I have no idea what I am doing. I need a new sink.” From there it was easy. Tina asked questions and listened. She discussed the various alternatives in the show room, on websites and from her experiences. Also, based on my replies, she varied the suggestions offered. While friends had made recommendations for shops, after interacting with Tina I knew that her goal was to ensure we had exactly what was needed and wanted. I never went anywhere else to shop. With visits to talk with Tina and doing the research she suggested while we were at home, decisions were made. While preparing for Thanksgiving, the new sink set up popped into my mind and I knew holiday preparations going forward would be easier and more pleasant. I called Tina to tell her how thankful we were for her competent, concerned and careful customer care. The sink and fixtures are exactly what we wanted and need.
